REFUGEE APPLICATION

Canada has more liberal refugee and asylum law than the U.S. Each year, thousands of people enter the boundary of Canada to claim refugee status. The application is usually based on two grounds: the Convention Refugee, and Humanitarian considerations.

The initial application is simple. However, when the case is processed to the Refugee Bard, or the Federal Court, you need to consult a lawyer.
